I am a dynamic educator who has been teaching and coaching students to become the hero of their own stories for 14+ years. I have a Master’s Degree in Educational leadership, plus a Bachelors' degree in Psychology and English.
I am the author of the best-selling book, Become the Hero of Your Own Story: 52 Tips to Teach Today's Teens. This book guides parents and teens in building foundations for optimism and resilience.
As a qualified mental health coach, I am nationally certified in QPR Suicide Prevention, run a Hope Squad course, and collaborate with mental health programs throughout my community to promote mental health empowerment.
